We machine worn bores, pin housings and bushing seats back to size, working to the tolerance the assembly actually needs. Horizontal boring is usually the cheaper answer for heavy fabricated components that would otherwise be scrapped.

Large plate, castings and heavy weldments need holes put through them accurately, and a radial arm drill handles that without repeatedly re-setting the workpiece. Our radial drilling covers drilling, tapping, reaming and counterboring on components too big for a standard pedestal machine.

Turning, milling, fitting and fabrication all run out of the same workshop, so a job needing machined parts and a welded frame doesn't get split across two suppliers.
